The leather is wrapped and cemented into place and is treated a wax sealer for a more water-resistant finish in case you're a sloppy whiskey drinker.
The leather I use is vegetable-tanned leather (or simply organic leather) and is handpicked by me at my tannery in Italy.
The design is hand-carved and hand-painted by me
